The Magimix Gelato Expert is a professional ice cream maker designed for making fast, high-quality gelato, sorbets, and granitas at home. Thanks to its integrated refrigeration unit, pre-chilling is not required, allowing you to start making gelato right away. It features three automatic programs for Italian gelato, artisanal gelato, and granita, as well as a manual Expert mode that offers full control over the freezing process. The preservation function keeps the gelato at the ideal temperature and consistency at the end of the cycle, while the pause mode allows you to easily check the progress of the preparation. The machine is equipped with a double 2-liter bowl—one fixed in stainless steel and one removable—which allows you to make multiple recipes in a row without waiting. The usable capacities reach 1 liter for gelato and 1.3 liters for sorbets and granitas. The dedicated blades ensure even processing, while the lid prevents spills during operation. A spatula and a measuring cup designed to optimize cold conduction between the two bowls are also included.
The Gelato Expert is designed for ease of use, with intuitive controls and the paddle automatically stopping when the ice cream reaches the right consistency. The 180W motor ensures constant efficiency, and the durable materials, along with the stainless steel bowls, ensure sturdiness and longevity.
